From a Debtor's Account, click the button to display the images attached to this account.
Click the 
button to display the list of images to email.
Check the boxes of the images to include in the email. Once all images have been selected click the 
button.
Using your default email program, CollectMax will bring up a new email with the selected images attached.
If you do not have a default email program set on your workstation or an incorrect email program set as the default, CollectMax will either not be able to create an email with the images or will create the email in the wrong program. For help in setting your default email for this workstation, please contact your firm's IT/Hardware person.
CollectMax allow you to set up an Email Template for your image emails. This template can be set at the system level but overwritten at the client level. The templates let you set the subject line and body of the email with variables and hard-coded text.
